FREEZE YOUR CARD
Your existing bank card must be frozen before collection can take place.
WE CREATE YOUR METAL CARD
Your existing chip is carefully transferred to the metal card before it is finished to your selected design.
DELIVERED BACK TO YOU
Your completed metal card is returned by courier. Allow approximately 5–7 business days.
PLEASE NOTE:
Tap-to-pay is not supported. Your metal card is used by inserting the chip.
FNB cards are currently not supported. Once the chip is transferred, the original plastic card can no longer be used.

WILL TAP-TO-PAY STILL WORK?
No. Tap-to-pay is not supported after the conversion. Your metal card is used by inserting the chip.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ORIGINAL PLASTIC CARD?
The chip is removed from your original plastic card and transferred to the metal card. Once this is done, the original plastic card can no longer be used.
DO I NEED TO FREEZE MY CARD BEFORE COLLECTION?
Yes. Your card must be frozen before collection takes place. This is required before we can take possession of it.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
Please allow approximately 5–7 business days from collection to return. Courier timing can vary depending on your location.
WHAT IS TRANSFERRED TO THE METAL CARD?
Your existing chip is transferred to the metal card.
DO YOU ACCEPT FNB CARDS?
No. FNB cards are currently not supported for conversion.
CAN I CREATE MY OWN DESIGN?
Yes. You can choose from our pre-designed collection or create a custom design built around your own style.
